Welcome all,

Thank you for taking a moment to check out my website. I look forward to meeting and working with you. My name is Heather Williams. I have lived on the beautiful emerald coast for over 30 years. I am a licensed massage therapist, specializing in Swedish relaxation massage. I am also trained in other modalities including deep tissue, hot stone massage, hydrotherapy, aromatherapy and Ashiatsu. I have a love for holistic and Ayurvedic medicine and practices. I enjoy learning and am currently training in Reflexology and Reiki. In my spare time I am a mommy to an awesome daughter, a woodworker, and an artist. I enjoy helping others find relaxation, peace, and balance through my work.
